Shipping charges

Free economy shipping is available for eligible United States orders of US$300 or more in merchandise after discounts, before taxes and shipping. This offer does not apply to international delivery. Below the threshold, available shipping services and their charges are shown at checkout for your order and address.

Dispatch and delivery

The dispatch location and available service depend on the product, stock location and delivery address. We do not promise that every order ships from California or from a US warehouse. Processing time and transit time are separate; any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

For a time-sensitive order, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the available dispatch and delivery options. If we cannot fulfil an order using the selected service, we will contact you about the available options or cancellation and a refund. We will not substitute a more expensive service without your agreement.

Destinations and rechargeable batteries

Available destinations and services depend on the item and carrier requirements. Rechargeable batteries may require different packaging or transport arrangements from other products. Select an available service at checkout; contact us if your destination is not offered.

Taxes and import charges

Shipping promotions do not cover taxes or import charges. Any taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout. Where import duties, local taxes or carrier clearance fees are not collected at checkout, they may be payable to the destination authority or carrier under applicable rules.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting or if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged. Keep the packaging and photographs of any damage so we can investigate with the carrier. This does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
