Warranty & returns

This commercial warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship during normal use in accordance with the model-specific instructions. Any longer or additional rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Damage caused by improper sealing, impact-related deformation, misuse or failure to follow instructions is excluded from this commercial warranty. Water ingress is assessed case by case and is not automatically treated as misuse. We explain our findings; statutory burdens of proof remain unchanged.

We do not offer an additional change-of-mind or satisfaction-guarantee return programme. This does not restrict applicable cancellation, withdrawal or other statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty goods or goods that do not match their description.

Where the statutory EU or UK distance-selling withdrawal right applies, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Applicable exceptions, return deadlines, refund rights and permitted deductions remain governed by law.

For a lawful change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for direct return shipping only where this was disclosed before purchase and the law permits it. We refund standard outbound delivery charges where required by law.

Warranty-service shipping is customer-paid only where the law allows and the charge was disclosed before purchase. We arrange or reimburse reasonable shipping when the law requires us to bear it, including applicable remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Email your order number, model, a description of the issue and destination country. Contact us before sending a product for appropriate return instructions; this does not shorten any statutory deadline or remove any statutory right.
